Appalachian Indy

A group of citizens working with a civic group created this online newspaper for the rural community around Frostburg, MD. It was modeled on the National League of Cities’ Inclusive Community Program. Frostburg State University and Allegany College of Maryland students and faculty participated. It continues to be update by a corps of volunteers.
